What Are Custom Mailer Boxes And What Are Their Benefits?

This post will discuss the growing use of custom mailer boxes and the many benefits they offer.

Custom mailer boxes are perfect for any business marketing campaign, no matter how big or small! If you receive direct mail in your home, they most likely come in a standard 6″ X 11 7/8″ #10 envelope with an open-end flap. Although effective marketing tools, they lack the unique appeal to stand out from normal direct mailings.

Custom Mailer Boxes are similar in design to a #10 envelope but offer much more creative potential. Custom printed using your designs and logos; these boxes add a personalized touch to any piece of marketing material they contain. Their unique appearance is eye-catching and will be sure to get noticed.

Custom Mailer Boxes are great for promoting any business or product, especially in the following industries: Insurance, Financial, Real Estate, Auctions & Antique Sales, Medical Equipment & Supplies, Sporting Goods/Outdoor Activities, and many more!

How Mailer Boxes Are Beneficial for Small Businesses?

Are you a small business owner?

Then, you might be thinking, “Why should I even bother putting time and effort into designing my own mailer boxes? It’s going to take me forever!” Well, consider this. If your goal is to sell more products in the long run or gain new customers, then taking some time to design your own mailer box might be the best marketing decision you’ll ever make.

First, mailer boxes are extremely versatile in presentation. Your design can include photos and text explaining your product or service to potential customers! You can even include coupons or discounts if you like. Also, these containers are much more cost-effective than traditional packaging. For example, if you want to mail out a few items to family or friends for the holidays, this is an excellent way.

What’s more, these containers are very durable and will protect whatever you put inside them during shipment. When it comes time for your customers to receive their products, they will be in perfect condition!

Finally, these containers are reusable. So if you have a small business and need to send out items regularly, this is an excellent option for you!

Mailer Boxes for E-Commerce Businesses

Mailer boxes are not only cost-effective, but they are also good for the environment. If you want to use something reusable, this is an excellent choice because these mailers can be reused again and again.

Not only that, but these containers are perfect for e-commerce businesses that frequently need to send out goods to customers. The great thing about these containers is that they are big enough to fit any product but not too large for your item to get lost in the container.

If your business sends out products to customers regularly or an e-commerce store and needs packaging supplies, then these are the ideal choice because you can reuse them easily. If you have an e-commerce store, you know how important it is to get your business name out there, and this is one way that you can do it.

The containers come in various shapes and sizes, so there is something for everyone. You can use these containers to hold about anything and everything you want. For example, if you run a juice bar, your customers will love to reuse these bottles for their own beverages or take them home and wash them off and reuse them later on. These may even end up being one of your biggest selling points because who doesn’t like the idea of being able to reuse their container?

Printing Services: Why Should You Opt for Digital Printing?

There is a new printing service on the market called digital printing. When you think about traditional printing methods, such as lithography or even silk-screening, these are usually very expensive for small businesses to utilize. However, with digital printing, you are being provided with a faster, more efficient, and quite frankly, much cheaper method. So what exactly can digital printing offer your business?

What Is Digital Printing?

Digital printing can be referred to as an alternative to lithography or silk-screening; however, it’s still the same process at its heart. Digital printing uses an inkjet printer to directly print onto a medium, whether fabric, paper, or even vinyl. This is done in much the same way as traditional screen printing in that you have the art file you want to print out and then send it off to the digital printing company of your choice.

The process is relatively easy, but there are still some things that will need to be done before printing with your custom design. Here are 3 basic steps involved in the digital printing process:

Pre-Press Work

Much like traditional lithography, digital printing requires pre-press work. This includes scanning your artwork, creating a preflight checklist, and setting up your color profiles. Although not necessarily difficult to do on your own, this is something that you will want the assistance of a graphic design professional.

Scanning Your Artwork

This step is one where it pays to have a professional’s help if they’re available. It can be nerve-wracking to let someone handle your most prized possession, especially if you got the thing framed and it’s not something you want to risk getting scratched or creased. In my case, I was able to find a local print shop with a good reputation for printing custom shirts and other garments. I brought them my artwork on a DVD, and they were more than happy to help me out.

They didn’t charge me for this scan either; they said it was something they do as a courtesy to their customers. If you can find a place like this, I recommend using them.

If you don’t have that option, you can always scan your work at a copy shop. But remember to be very careful with putting it into the machine and picking it up after! And don’t leave it unattended.

One other note for this step: You may want to re-scan or make some other changes to your file at the very end, so leave yourself some room to do that later. We’ll deal with this at the very end of the process in the “exporting” section.

Tracing

This is probably one of the most difficult steps, but it’s also extremely important. You need to take your sketch and turn it into a vector graphic. To do this, you’ll need a program like Illustrator or Inkscape.
