In addition, in some large projects, the bidding process need the PMP to be used. PMP holders have more advantages, which is one of the reasons why companies prefer PMP certificate holders.

This is because the PMP® is consistent in its management approach and thinking. The presence of a PMP in a company means that the company has certain strengths and is able to take advantage of the competition between companies and seize the initiative.

Secondly, the benefits of PMP for the company internally are as follows.

  1. Cultivate the company’s staff to be highly professional, proficient in professional knowledge and read the industry.

Managers will be able to mobilize and coordinate internal and external resources and take into account the overall situation.

The PMP certificate is a ‘hard product’, but we need the ‘soft product’ that others can see but not touch. Which is the professional knowledge and efficient project management skills.
